For me Herro is incredibly overrated. Sure his offensive numbers are good but his defense is so Brutal, he is a net negative. Ant in Portland is the same.
As a Heat Fan hes a good player. But not as good as his fans or father make him out to be. Reason why the Heat should hold on to him is cause hes 23. Hes still young they should try to iron out his weaknesses

Jimmy going nuclear in the playoffs masked everything but it only lasted so long . Role players finally making 3s helped. The Heat almost blew a 3-0 lead without Herro and then lost in 5 in the Finals.
Now for this season Herro and Bam were the only competent ones for the first 6 games this year. The Heat played one of the easiest schedules when he was out. Now as soon as they get a little better competition they started losing again.
The Heat have a higher ceiling with Herro
As a Heat fan, I like Herro but I can see that I may be best to move him but only for the right player who is much better right now.
Which isn't good we seen they celling without him if they don't have him playing like 2020 they won't win as much as they should
The Heat are better without Herro because he gets hurt a lot and the team has no continuity/stability with a player that will play but can get hurt anytime.

You should change the name of this channel from hoops reference to hoops hot takes. Smh. We have lost quite a few games wherein our offensive punch was lacking. Tyler would have helped. It was painfully obvious. Also Tyler in the lineup started the win streak They won three in a row in the fourth game he got hurt. So take your hot take and shove it. This hot take earned you a thumbs down that way YouTube algorithm will not likely show me your videos again. One less view. I imagine there will be quite a bit more behind me.

I think its time for darvin ham to start playing LeBron point gaurd and dlo as a sixth man as this may be the only way i think they will be able to win without really doung much to their roster
