After watching Jimmy on the Heat for 4 seasons I understand his approach. On his previous 3 teams they were complete underdog on talent but mentally tough, but truly under talented… they needed his will and belief that they could go all the way.
This roster is actually talented enough to make a championship happen & so he knows they are underperforming and calling them mediocre so they step their game up and play close to their potential more often.
The defense is terrible against youth. Pacers and I expect other young teams like Orlando magic to makes the Heat look old and slow on the court.
