Not sure what the issue would be even if he did. I didn’t get it when people were surprised the other day and I still don’t. Pretty sure he can afford the private flight if he wants to visit family or something…do people think he was AWOL or something?

At first reading this sounds like he didn’t go to Latvia but when I read it again I’m not sure if he didn’t go to Latvia or if he did go to Latvia but it was planned or something?
The inclusion of “just” is throwing me. I mean not that it matters even if he did, I just find this very simple tweet confusing for some reason.
