    Committing $197m over the next 4 years would be suicide for this team… LaVine is a volume shooter who can't shoot. Currently shooting 33% from 3 and doesn't play defense. I know Pistons have money / expiring contracts but LaVine does nothing to improve this team in the win column. Spacing and defense would be still be a major issue. There is no quick fix. This upcoming draft stinks and so does their lottery luck plus another 19 year old kid isn't going to help this team in the short term. Signing Cade to his Super Max this summer and staying near at the salary cap floor is really their only move for long term success.

    If I’m the Chicago Bulls, I am going to try my hardest to get Jaden Ivey To me if the Chicago Bulls push to get Jaden Ivy plus a first round pick and a pick swap (maybe you throw in a few second rounders) That’s a win because now you have a situation that the Indiana Pacers had with Tyrese Haliburton a season and a half ago you have a blue chip prospect who was a top five pick in the 2022 draft you already have Patrick Williams and chances are you’re gonna have a high lottery pick in the 2024 draft now I know NBA pundits and scouts are saying this is not the best draft but still in all this draft has talent in it and if the Bulls can get a Collier or Ron Holland or Sarr they’ll be in awesome shape imo

    But Bulls have to push to get Ivey in this deal imo
