Joe Lacob has gone on the record to directly claim that Steve Kerr also wanted Wiseman.
I’ve never heard anything except anonymous rumors that said otherwise. Whether you believe Lacob at his word is up to you. But until someone with firsthand knowledge speaks up and lets their name be put on the quote, I’m not going to buy into the hindsight finger-pointing.
