Yes Herb Jones moves the needle. He is at a clearly higher level than DFS in my opinion. I would not mind giving up a first plus Josh Green for Herb. But Pelicans are not going to give him up that easily.
I love Doe, but really the nets want two ones for him? Or a player who was a first rounder and a pick? That sounds like a lot fir a role player like Doe
We were ranked 25th last season with him. People forget he let Kawhi shoot 70 (!) from the floor and that’s why we lost to the Clippers.

Finney is having his best Season actually 11 ppg 5.5 rebounds 2 assists 2 offensive rebounds, 1.5 stl+blk 45% 3's which is among the league leaders so far. However watch him if he gets traded to Dallas he will go back to shooting 30% on threes. I would take him on the Mavs. give'm powell and kleber

I think trading for DFS would be a mistake. They need someone like Adebayo.
We need a backuo center first and foremost. specifically one who wont allow our defense to fall off a cliff when DLive is out. We have a lot of wings to work with but could always improve, but my vote is backup center first. its the most glaring problem.

We might need more shot creators to a lot drive and kick out we need more size like Jonathan Issac and a big man plus maybe a defending pg that can replace Kyrie and he can drop 20 plus or more
I hate to say it, but we should have kept Javale over Morris…Javale’s defensive rating is under 110 this season which is better than Embiid 😅

Maybe it’s just me but I’d take DFS’s athleticism, speed and clutch 3s over Grant Williams. Grant has had good stretches and I don’t have anything against him really though.

if Omax can play 35 mpg, guard 1-4, shoot 45% from 3, and average 12 ppg by the end of the season, that alone should be worth the most improved player award for the greatest single-season turnaround in nba history
I really think De'Andre Hunter would be the perfect piece that this team is missing. He gives you great defense on a consistent basis mixed with his ability to not only play off ball with smart cuts and good shooting but create his own shot with pull ups, drives, and the dunks. I think he would shine in Dallas bc Atlanta has too many players fighting for minutes, plus i don't think he would cost too much which would allow us to improve the team further with a back up big like Chris Boucher.

I would love Jerami Grant! However, I still think that the problem is on the bench. I said this even the year we arrived to conference finals. That year I was happy but at the same time unhappy because I knew how bad Kidd was and that was gonna give him some credit. After Kokoskov left, the team became the jungle it is now. Jerami Grant contract is huge, but i think he is available after december 15. Thybulle isn’t available for mavs to the end of this season.
