  1. Adam Silver doesn't want the Nuggets to repeat or Jokic to get another MVP for financial reasons, so he's told the refs to do what they can to ensure neither of these things happen.

  2. Shoutout to whoever asked that question (Kacey?) but the more precise question I want answered is why don’t they get more whistles proportionately to other teams.

Regardless of how the Nuggets play, it seems clear to me (on eye test but correct me if I’m wrong, awesome stats nerds) that they get far fewer whistles/FTAs in the paint or with contested shots elsewhere.

Too many “looks like (fill-in-the-blank opponent) got away with one,” even from Doc Rivers and other non-homer commentators for my taste. Meanwhile, it’s turning me into a crazy person filming game segments of other teams’ flops that CONSISTENTLY get whistles, while the league had the audacity to fine no-whistle Jokić for a flop. Insane!

  3. KCP was not with the shyts of homie caressing his fresh braids.😂 I’m guessing DJ was trollin again 😭

  4. The only team that very clearly gets a better whistle is the Lakers. They got +450 FTs last season during the regular season compared to the average. The Nuggets were only like 30 FTs under. Granted, Joker should be getting the most FTs in the league with his physicality, but everyone gets screwed. Just not the lakers.
