  1. What kind of question is this?Smdh it’s redundant.Pull the trigger already. He’s a 8/9 man off the bench.Right now he’s only in rotation due to his relationship with coaches.

  2. Matese Thybulle would be a big upgrade, just on the defensive end alone! That said, I think we can trade for better than that!

  3. Common James! You can't tell me that Monte can't find a better player than HB in a trade, nonsense!

  4. For the first time coach Brown, gave us some BS! Of course he has to be politically correct. He not going to say, we need to upgrade HB's position, he just won't and he does not make that type of decision. He should have said, "I do not make roster decisions." If the Kings want to get to the next level, they MUST trade for an athletic 2-way wing that has the energy to defend that position as well as shoot more than 3 times a game!

  5. The issue really is.. who would do a trade for HB and insert "elite rebounder, or defender or young with potential" player for HB straight up? Ok so far nobody. Let's say we throw in Davion and some future picks? Anyone??… Crickets..

    Every other team.
    Ok a trade for HB?
Sounds great… You want insert player name.
    Ok great.
Is Keegan up for the trade?
    No? Ok… Then we'll pass.
That's what is going to happen every time.

Again I'll say the King's history of Free agency is that no young elite or prine player has ever chose or accepted an offer sheet from Sacramento ever since '85. Ron Artest 17-18 years ago was the closest.
I still don't see it happening this year unless the Kings can get "national" media acknowledgement and even then it still may not change the narrative or their chances of getting an "elite rebounder, 3&D, elite wing defender or prime potential player".
If they prove it wrong I'd be the first to say it. But I've turned from Boston Celtics fan to the Kings in '85 and I've not seen any change in this. Playoff drought aside.

  6. Kings lost because their game strategy didn't work. They focus so much on stopping Zion n Ingram the role player beat them. Shouldn't have double Ingram n let him shot fade aways all night. Dude probably would have gotten 45pts, but it would have been easier to defend everyone else.
