Grimes needs to play better offensively. And regardless of his comments that is on him. We don’t have any other point of attack defenders that offer what grimes does on his defense and his inability to stay on the floor due to his offense hurts this team on both sides of the floor.

I think he’s still startable. I’m not there with benching him yet. He needs to get it together offensively though

That’s great, but basketball requires good defense and good offense. He’s playing half the game right now. If he was as defensively incredible as Mitch, it would be less of a problem – but he’s not. He’s an above average defender, not a top 20 defender in the league.
