Devin Vassell led San Antonio with 22 points as Keldon Johnson (21 points, 10 rebounds) and Victor Wembanyama (12 points, 10 rebounds, 1 block, 1 steal) totaled 33 points.
The Timberwolves have now won five consecutive games and improve to 16-4 on the year as the Spurs move to 3-17. This is the best 20-game start in Minnesota franchise history (previous: 15-5 in 2001-02).
