  1. I appreciate Gobert doesnt mind getting dunked on from time to time… becuase it makes for that many more contested or blocked rim shots

  2. Reed came onto my radar last year. I like what I see. He's ready for a bigger role. I'd like to see better passing when he collapses the defense. But he's very good in most aspects of the game.

I'm not a Gobert fan. He protects the rim. He's exploitable by elite shooters, is miserable defending the arc. He has little offensive significance. The Wolves overpaid in trade value and salary. I did not expect him to fit – and in this, I was wrong. The team figured out how to work with the guy. I see him as a negative overall, not the reason for the team's newfound prowess.

Towns has not been consistent in past seasons – sometimes elite, sometimes disappears. He might be more engaged this year. That would be positive for the Wolves if he can keep it up.

Edwards plays a big part in making this team successful. They have good role-players, too. The Wolves are the big surprise of the season thus far. But I think they'd be even better without the Gobert trade, and by finding more minutes for Reed.

My view probably won't be a popular one, but hey. Opinions are weightless. Outcomes happen on the court, not in comment sections.

  3. If the Wolves stay healthy they will be top – NUMBER 1 in the WEST. 🐜🐺🐺🐺🐺

  4. title "the best trio!!!!!" first sentence… "one of the best trios"… then 4 min about naz reid.. he's a great guy dont get me wrong but if you want to argue that the wolves have the best.. sry.. one of the best trios in the nba you should maybe talk about the 3 main characters dont you think? 😅well.. even if you leave out gobert's 13 ppg.. reid's 12 ppg don't scream "we got a big three".. doesn't that mean that its ant-man and cat with some insanly good roleplayers?? still, entertaining video tho, keep it up! you deserve way more then 9k subs! i love your enthusiasm but you failed to make your point if you ask me 😀

  5. It's like the Wolves have invented a way to disguise their defensive scheme the way Football does it. It's quite nasty actually.

  6. While I like all three players, it is hard to call them the best trio when NONE of them is even the best player on their own team. I mean, would you say Pippen, Rodman and Kukoc were the best trio and leave out Jordan? Or Parrish, McHale and Ainge leaving out Bird? Or in today's game Thompson, Draymond and Wiggins and leave off Curry? No way. So leaving Anthony Edwards out makes the list obsolete. Now, if you want to declare that they are the best FRONTCOURT trio in the NBA … that would certainly have credence.

  7. i think rudy came in and showed them what defense can do even in practice and reid and towns grabbed onto that. and i imagine edwards got that from mcdanalds. imagine how the practice goes. if u want to iso you can literally go up against the best defensive big or the best perimeter defender every practice. i dont see this helping each other grow even past what we have seen.
i also want to add that gobert has gotten alot better and i think he is working on his offensive game too. so every one seems to be covering their own weakness. the team is honestly a monster

  8. Naz being Naz, Rudy back to his defensive beast self, and KAT shooting 50-40-90. That surrounded around Ant and once McDaniels comes back, tough team to beat.

  9. A big problem the Jazz had when Rudy was on the team were the minutes without him on the floor. By having those 3 players mentioned in the video, Minnesota can rotate all the 4 and 5 minutes between them and not have a gap of play where there is a drop. I think that is what this video is really saying, and why it is valuable, and it's really the versatility of Reid and his shooting that makes it possible.

  10. I dont know that KAT has ever been thought of as a bad teammate! By anyone besides Jimmy Butler and nba twitter anyway…
