Book’s shot yesterday was super weird. Every shot was super high arcing unlike normal and it’s just was not his normal shot.

Bravo! I believe this was your best video yet, holding our team leader accountable and calling it as it is which is sacrilegious to some Suns fans. I think this team has an intangible problem, no leadership, no toughness and no grit, for the last couple of years we have been able to be bullied into losses, we need our version of Udonis Haslem.
Its been 21 games we need a pg to get everybody in there spots that's why we have so many TO. Also we need a big wing that can lock down the scorer on the opposite team and get boards. I believe that would save booker/kd energy to score. Vogel not the problem he got the right mindset in schemes just missing a big wing and pg and that's the missing pieces to the puzzle to win a chip

Booker averages 16 ppg in elimination games and shoots like 40%. I’ve been calling Booker a choke artist for years and I get nothing but hate for it. He needs to prove that label wrong

Book, Beal, KD at the 3, an athletic defensive PF, and Nurk would be amazing. And a bigger backup center bc drew will not cut it against elite teams.

Always on point
Booker has an accountability problem. Posting that clip after the game as if he didnt have 7 turnovers and only 21 points. His and durants turnovers are ridiculous at this point especially since most of them are unforced. This team has to win playoff series quick. If it ever goes to an elinination game count on booker not showing up.
I think the elimination game narrative is overrated. If you are in a win or go home game in the playoffs that isn't a game 7, your team is probably worse than the team you are facing. Sure his individual stats could be better, but a loss is a loss. Even Michael Jordan had a losing record in elimination games. If you look at his stats in games to eliminate the opponent, they are much better.
Bubble was zero expectations, fake hustle. You said it yourself, there were zero expectations in the bubble.
I may have said this here before but I'll say it again. A point guard is not just a position or a skillset (e.g. dribbling, passing, moving). It is also a . It is a mindset where you are thinking about every player's position on the court, how you want to manipulate/exploit the defense, etc. Perhaps most importantly, its a sense of ownership for caring for the basketball and making sure it gets to the right spots. It is hard at a high level and consistently to have both a point guard mindset and shooting guard mindset. Brendon pointed out that there are few players who ever manage that. I think Book can pull it off on occasions, but he shouldn't have to on a nightly basis. I don't he will do well trying to force that. I would love for him to prove me wrong, but some help at PG would be great. I don't think we need an A-tier point guard, but just someone who manage that mindset when defenses turn up the pressure and we need Book and KD to do what they do best. Book looks so hesitant sometimes when those doubles come for him.
the problem with devin booker is hes not a point guard and honestly i dont think he should have to be. i think the team needs to look to get one more guard at the deadline.
You got a coaching problem. Not traping LeBron, at least in crunch time is criminal.
Tatum, Jaylen and the Celtics have simular issues. Booker was like "best wing in the league" terrifying against Denver….until was time to close.
