Knicks don’t know how to defend the Tatum/Zinger pnr and we spammed it for about 4 minutes to build that lead

Complaining about Tatum pull up threes in this game is focussing too much on stats without considering context.
He is shooting threes out of the Porzingis pnr to keep the defense honest and stop them from dropping the big.
It’s 2/5 in terms of effectiveness because he drew a foul on one of them.
The play that has been our most effective play and broken the game open isn’t effective if he refuses to shoot out of it.
