We don't even need a superstar for Zach. I like the idea of adding athleticism and depth. Be that Reeves and Rui and that moster contract off the books. Yes, I like the idea of moving DeRozan, but ultimately, we will not get much. There is value to keeping him and getting an expiring contract off the ledger.
Bulls finally get their first win since February 2022. But all the people thinking with a bigger view and not short-sided knows this team still needs to be blown up, the young guys playing well is more of a reason to do it. And i hope Caruso is good, whether you want him to stay or see him traded (like me) to help regain more long-term flexibility, you hope he's good, but this is why they need to trade Caruso before he really breaks something. Really the kid can't get hurt, or we're fucked regardless😂. But now, back to your regularly scheduled programming………THE GAUNTLET!.😬

No asterisk next to any dub my brother, they all count, especially if we see continuity and growth out of our young dudes. Pats letting fools know, he’s for real. This is a team to be proud of. Still hope AC doesn’t leave. Bulls would have lost all gas already this season if he wasn’t there. I think Carter, Zach and Dalen Carter can get moved, I think we get what we need from that alone to keep this team making moves.

I think the Bulls need to embrace this Tower Moment and realize that Zach doesn’t fit anymore. Unless Zach is willing to be relentless on defense, on the boards, off the ball, AND get back to being efficient on offense, I don’t see it working anymore.
We need guys sprinting… and not doing that hop-jog or shoulder shrugs at the refs all of the time. This current 4 game streak is no joke. Guys are straight hustling

There's a different look on the players' faces. They seem locked in and focused. I haven't seen that look on the Bulls in a long time.

i know it was the spurs but they were shooting lights out for a while there. If they shot like this normally, i bet you they wouldnt have near as many losses. So we saw the best the current young spurs can do and we won. I think thats huge.

The win aside, they were just hooping. I agree with you. There were many good things happening. There were bad things as well. You can't just win on scrapy only. That won't last. The coach had a couple of screw ups as well. Sticking to rotations and taking players that were hot. I am still hoping that they don't trade Zach and bring him into the new fold. I think he fits in this new style mire than Demar, at least offensively.
