Trade every players who dont look for wemby first and trying their best mj/kobe impressions.
When the 4th quarter starts, the Spurs look lost. It seems to happen over and over, both last year and now this year. They play well for 3 quarters and then fold the 4th. Standard excuse is it's due to inexperience, youth, not "figuring stuff out," blah blah blah. If the players can play competitive NBA basketball for 3 quarters, they have the talent. This can't be all about them. Pop's a good coach but are there any other good coaches on the Spurs staff? Looks like all the past coaching talent has moved on, and no one competent has been found to replace them. They need someone to tell them how to stay competitive to the end. Or else, why even have a coaching staff?
Sochan PG experiment should stop, let Keldon or Vassell play starting PG.
They're about to break the record for the longest losing streak in spurs franchise history next game. I don't even have faith this team could beat the pistons at this point.
This team plays like an okay NBA team in the first half, but always folds in the minutes that counts. This team has a confidence problem. No dogs whatsoever. You can't teach confidence. Half this team's gotta go.
It's a coach's problem.
Can we just start Tre Jones already, I get that we’re trying different stuff out but this losing streak feels terrible as fans I can only imagine for the players
They are getting there. They play hard and learn from every game – they have no reason to hang their heads. The spurs do need another great player, a John Stockton or a Scotty Pippin, to play with Wemby, but there are no bad players on this team (possible exception of Wesley) – many would be welcome additions to a contender – though they would probably come off the bench. Give them time, geez, you fair weather fans.
