  1. He won’t listen because he doesn’t wanna be a Pelican since draft day. He just wants the money. Now that he’s gotten it, he will do whatever pleases him.

  2. I don't believe in that Zion is not in shape. People just have to accept that not everyone can look like Adonis or be chisled. He's limited in how good he can be. He doesn't have the celing that we all hoped for to be one of he goats. He's a hall of fame talent, and he'll average about 24 points a game for his career, and he'll only average about 30 minutes per game. He's just not someone you can play 40 minutes per game and build the team around him as a primary scorer. The man is 6'7, 300 pounds and is a professional athelete. He can't survive off of 2500 calories per day. He has to eat 4 to 5 thousand calories per day. You hope he can make that all healthy food, but he's probably seeing his peers his age on his team eat whatever they want, and they have a natural metabolism where they dont get fat, and it's probably difficult for him to not do what his peers are doing — granted they don't have Hall of Fame talent that he does. I just think that he's bigger than most people, and because he's bigger he needs to eat more…I don't think he can get down to 250 pounds. I think he can get down to the size that he was at Duke. He can get down to 285 and be trim, and he can play about 35 minutes a game. I think that is good as he can be.

  3. What a waste. It's looking more and more like another Duke talent that fizzles for one of a myriad of reasons; the curse of Mike Krzyzewski continues.

  4. I swear if he played for the Knicks none of this would be going on we would be seeing Duke Zion in the NBA right now, he's not happy I can tell, hes not motivated to give 100percent every night, its not good but it is what it is

  5. This has been an on going joke about Zion that’s well past it’s prime stop the cap Zion is fine

  6. When I was 23 I ate ten times the calories I eat now and didn't gain a pound. He may have a hormone problem. They should have a good doctor run test on him.

  7. He's worth and is paid so much money, there is no excuse for this. Get a chef and nutritionist. You can still eat good bruh.

  8. Shouldn't they be happy???
I thought his current contract was "weight dependent"…. So if Zion gets fat, the Pelicans can literally pay him less

  9. he needs an electric collar where you can buzz him anytime he eats when he's not supposed to. winnie the pooh, too much honey in your belly.

  10. Porky can't run. period. be great if they were playing half-court. but they ain't. so Porky can't run.

  11. This is ridiculous, pay me 5/$197,230,450 & I’d eat bugs, drink pond water & run barefoot. I mean come on. I never, ever reported to football/wrestling camp out of shape. The offseason training was more difficult than the season. It’s mind blowing that this is an issue. He should be embarrassed!!!

  12. All he has to do is eat once a day for a good year. He can eat whatever he wants just not how much he wants, he just has to do 7mi of cardio everyday and then after that he will look like he did in college

  13. Didn't Zion have a clause in his Contract that he has to have his weight in check, to get the money?

  14. Like I get the money factor he rich it should be easy .. but as a fellow BON who deal with weight gains n losses .. it’s def not easy , but it’s not hard ! You just gotta keep going and trying regardless of failure.. I was 180 last year this time around . Now I’m 225, sadly I’m tryna get my ish back in order to start the process again . Mind over Matter
