I'm gonna preface that I have been a Pelicans fan since 2003 (New Orleans Hornets days) and I have been a strong advocate of trading Zion since year 3. I HATED the idea of trading for Scoot only because I thought it was taking yet another gamble. If the front office is smart, I'd move on Zion before he injures himself again and tanks his trade value more than he already has. I'm thinking a team like the Knicks would be a nice trade partner if not the Bulls as well as I would imagine a big market is where they'd consider dealing him to begin with. The team also needs to focus on keeping BI and CJ happy because i can imagine its getting frustrating to BI to have his duo in this bad of shape and BI is nearing the end of his deal and will be in talks for a super max this off-season. I never know what David Griffin is cooking, but a Zion trade is closer now than it has ever been.
