Both Miami teams were the 8th seeded team and just got in the playoffs. Both the Miami Heat and the Florida Panthers made it farther in the playoffs than what could have been expected to become Conference Championship in their professional sport league.
How about the Philadelphia Union losing the MLS cup to LAFC. Then four hours later, the Phillies lose the World Series to the Astros. THEN the Eagles lose the Super Bowl to to the KC Chiefs the following February!
