  1. Trev…how about you cover how they split the money and if they took care of the small potato players like they said they d do.

  2. I'm really puzzled about our Lakers hard to beat Jokic or Dokic led teams? While other Western teams can easy beat them like the Clippers, Thunder, Kings, Warriors or Jazz. Are the Euro players the weakness of Davis or LBJ? When they are playing against Nuggets and Mavs, their 3 point shooting and rebounds fell down to just 70% of their average.

  3. The tournament shows if you have a healthy Lebron you can do anything I just hope we can get all the guys healthy so we don’t over use Lebron

  4. Since the back to back whooping by Philly and OKC the Lakers seem to be a little more polished on execution. I'll credit that to the coaches. The players were looking lost on both ends of the court. To me at least. But I've been feeling good about them since.

  5. Our hole right now is a sizable big man. Just for the embiid and Jokers of the League. AD struggle with their size over a period of time. So it would be nice to have a big body to give him breaks on the defensive end of the court.

  6. Our defense was awesome, we can go far playing like that. I'm just not sure it's sustainable. We didn't shoot any 3s. Can we play like that against Denver, Dallas, the Clippers, Milwaukee or Boston? We need to shoot more and make more 3s in this NBA. It's not the early 2000s anymore. Also AD has to be that guy consistently, which he isn't. Also, I still would like a 3rd scorer from the backcourt because I don't trust DLo and AR to be consistent in a guard driven league.

  7. This kind of performance by Davis proved he's the best player in the NBA now. The only problem is consistency. Can he do this kind of performance in all of the coming Lakers' games? 40-20? Yes, he can, Wilt did that day in and day out! If he's consistent, no team could beat the Lakers. This Davis' performance against Myles Turner closes the door for any trade between them. Davis is much better than Turner. But that's only if he wants to be better than him consistently….

  8. Hamas James controls the WATER to the Village amd He restricts acces to the water to the People because He IS A SLUM LORD Terrorist. Nothing Terrorists do is Worth Celebrating besides their Death

  9. D'lo and AD pick and Roll is nice. I think D'Lo is a great fit for the Lakers, just need to play a little bit better D. Pause

  10. Minnesota defense is foreal. But once again AD will prove who’s the best defensive player in the world if we match up with them in the playoffs

  11. This is how you know there's a lot of Lakers and LeBron haters when they say all that didn't count that's not a real Championship we all know that's not a real Championship its a in season tournament championship and you can tell that it mattered to everybody else besides the Lakers so let's stop this hating and acknowledge greatness like Roman Reigns would say

  12. Trevor in here trying to make it sound like it was more than just a game between two 5 seeds 🤣🤣

  13. For those of us old enough to remember 1980, there is somewhat of a precedent for the concept of, "Kareem has been a stud all series, but holy crap that game 6 performance Magic put on to put the Lakers over the top is just too damn shiny in the here-and-now. MVP: Magic!" Now Kareem was out entirely for game 6, while Lebron was still making a solid contribution in that final game, but this was a three game tournament.

I don't begrudge Lebron his trophy in the slightest–well earned. But if a had a vote, and could pick my jaw up off the floor long enough to cast it, it would have gone to Anthony Davis.

  14. The title states, "Lakers PROVED How Good They Really Are …" No they haven't. What they showed was that they were focused for THIS tournament. The proof will be in the pudding as they say. Let's see how they play now moving forward in the regular season games. They are relatively healthy, so there should be no excuse. Let's see how many ill-advised threes are taken when they should be driving. Let's see how many games AD sleeps walk in. Let's see how many games they aren't dominated on the defensive boards. Let's see how they play against the heavy hitters moving forward. Then they can prove they've really arrived. As of now, they are what they are. A team that looked great in the IST, but average in regular season non-IST games. Only the future will truly tell if they have proven to be really good. At least for me I need to see much more before making any declarations on how good they are. It's more like "Lakers PROVED How Good They Can Be …"

  15. I hope the Lakers use the blueprint from this game and apply it to the rest of the season. I'm not talking about the intensity, but the execution of the game plan. Lakers only attempted 13 three point shots. Instead of playing lazy basketball and jacking up the 3, they took high percentage shots from the paint or elbow and were 47 of 88 or 53.4 percent from the field. THAT'S how the Lakers are going to win a championship. I always say it's better to come away with a made 2 instead of a missed 3. I believe this blue print will bring #18, "IF" they keep executing this game plan.

  16. If Lakers can trade Rui/Gabe + picks for Siakam, Lakers would be unstoppable

    C – AD
    F – Siakam
    F – Bron
    G – Prince
    G – D'Lo

    C – Hayes
    F – Vando
    F – Cam
    G – Christie
    G – AR
