10 Reasons Why the LA Clippers should Get Kai Jones
1- he is a 22 yo 6’11 PF, one of the most athletic and is basically for free rn
2- perfect fit to play 5-out formation, with harden,bones, kawhi, Kai and PJ Tucker or Theis
3- in the 5-out he can go from the wing to the basket faster than anybody, on both ends, covering a big space on defense
4- one of the fastest back cutters, especially in the 5-out without the opponent center to contest
5- transition with bones and Kai would be the fastest, one of the main problem rn is the slow pace
6- we playing TMann as the PF rn
7-kawhi would not need to run too much and catch alley oops and try to contest dunks and guard PFs, he would be his best version of a ISO scorer and wing defensor only playing the SF never PF better to stay healthy
8- the bench would be the best in the league, with russ, PG, norm, Tmann, Zu
9- two different style lineups, one fast and furious and the second is heavier with PG as the primary scorer, russ try to score in transition, If not, just give it to PG at the top of the key
10-This would organize the team in 2 solid lineups, making it clear for the players who are the best Passing option. Right now We make too many confusing passes, like passing to zubac, and the stars are just sitting at the 3 point line. We need Kai Jones to play the 5-out lineup, which Will make it harder for the defenses to figure us out.

Didn't like this win against a 6-15 team but a win is a win. We are not better than the Lakers, the NBA "champions" of some gimmicky IST. But I do believe the IST can be improved by making it into 30 games and having the events closer to the halfway mark.
My In-Season Tourney Suggestions
– Have each team play their conference rival twice (one at home and one at the road) which would mean 30 games.
– From that 30 games, it has it's own standings and only the top 6 makes into the KO rounds. Tiebreakers are decided similar to the current format format (H2H, point differential).
Had Pacers won it, people would still rag on it. It doesn't prove anything to people. Random draw for each group where it feels it's based mostly on luck? Only 7 games?

We got Sacramento tonight and I think we'll predictably lose because Paul George played 41 minutes and Kawhi played 38. Sac played last night as well but they had it easier beating Brooklyn and their best players didn't play as long. PG will probably go 4 for 16 and Clippers will be down by 20 early in the first half because Kings play fast and Clippers are old and slow.
I know we've won 9 of our last 12 but I'm not putting us above Denver and Lakers yet. Clippers always getting in their own way. They're still the Clippers as Keyshawn and Sherm will tell Skip. Always getting clipped at the end.
