Jason Timpf and Chris Mannix discuss the recent play by the Oklahoma City Thunder. Having gone through a long rebuild, and getting Chet Holmgren back after missing his entire rookie season, the Thunder have become one of the most fun teams in the NBA. Sporting the second best record in the Western Conference, it’s time we take the Thunder serious as a team that can advance far in the playoffs.

I can’t believe Jason has me on here giving Mannix props. Goddammit
Love the Thunder content
OKC is legit right now. What makes it so crazy are the vast assets they still have available. I'm not sure I've seen a young, legit team ready to compete seriously in that position in the way the Thunder are. Scary for the WC in the coming years. I see the Nuggets and Thunder as the 2 teams in the west with the most staying power over the next 3-5 years. I predict a rivalry will develop as soon as they start facing each other in the playoffs.
Sam presti is a genius and I don't see him trading for any Superstar he needs to continue building from the draft because we don't want some disgruntled overpaid superstar that doesn't want to be here when you draft players they are a lot more loyal
Mailbag question: Hey Jason I earned a bachelors degree this October so I can start coaching collegiate football. I’m currently looking for a flexible job that I can work around my current high school coaching schedule and I can continue to work while I coach college football so I can save money and stay busy. In a semi recent podcast you said you used to work in real estate before podcasting full time. Would you recommend this career field to others and do you have any advice for someone like me interested in working real estate? Thanks in advance, keep up the great work🙏
