I called the Tanking in your last video. The evidence is Tre Jones as you mentioned, but also, Zach Collins and others shooting so many 3s they have no business shooting. Pop plays Doug McDermott less, who shoots the 3 really well. And has so many players playing out of position. Finally putting Wemby at Center where he belongs.

Here is my theory: Up until certain games, they were trying to win. But after like 5-7 losing streak, they probably decided that it is best to tank especially targeting a guard at the draft. I mean… that seems to the only logic I can think at this point.

Players must have to score a 2-pt basket before they can attempt a trey. If they miss, they can take another but if they miss, they need to make another 2-pt basket and repeat the process. This will result in balanced scoring

I know winning isn't the most important since Spurs aren't competing for champs and need more talent in draft, but so far this performance is unacceptable. I don't think the team should tank for talent. You can still get good talent in draft while winning 30-ish games, which will be huge to develop the players. Last year's record is only necessary for generational talent like Wemby but is that the case for next year? I don't think so. We are on track to win less than 10 games this season, and break all time losing streak.
I have watched Spurs games since 1995, coach Pop isn’t correcting team mistakes. Example Jeremy S driving into Wemby passing him ball with no spacing, he has no fundamentals on spacing and as a team it’s almost as if they are just playing pick up ball., not being coached or running plays. Is Pop getting old or is this intentional?

hard to watch spurs game but on a bright side spurs future is in good hand watching Wemby work you know he's superstar in the making..spurs and piston have a future ahead they are young and so much time with great assets… rather than the wizard who stacked on Poole and Kuzma leading there team that core dnt have any future they will be at the bottom for years for sure
I think that the Spurs are going to have to in the next 6 months make some major decisions concerning this roster! We all have to understand that we have Wemby for 4 years! With the makeup of today’s players you cannot expect loyalty like that of a Garnett or a Kobe! Year 2- 3 are highly important to getting this thing moving in the right direction because it is not guarantee that he will stay after his 4 years are up! He has a team of his Family, Advisors including his ex coaches! Also too his French National Team Coach is a big part of his life! They all have massive influence on his present and future! Cannot take that for granted! Also too for all the people who have said they want Wemby at Center full time, I will push back on that some because remember what his Team said, “NO”! I will take what they say very seriously because when he leaves that team and facility, he talks with them!

Spurs & Pistons are faaaarrrrr removed from that 2005 Finals showdown. At least our Spurs have future hope in the form of Wemby. Depending on where we end up in the lottery, they have assets to use in order to move up, if need be, or square away two top 10 picks.
