Yet one more reason why I don't watch the NBA. Weak refs, weak players and weak era.
He said, “call the f***ing foul.” The rules literally state that the refs cannot eject a player for use of a cuss word, but this ref went beyond the regulations and did so anyways.
No matter the 'size' of the 'superstar' is, he is not above the game and the rules of the game. Nothing and nobody is. No refs, no 'superstar' or fans. Because if we let superstar do what he wants to, or ask fans what to do, or something similar stupid, than it is not the game that we love and that we pay to watch. One more thing, in the Balkan we learn since the childhood that the team is bigger than the 'superstar' or your feelings, or you… Now, sometimes there is some ref, tries to ruin the game with decisions like this which should not be let unexplained or unsanctioned..
Adam Silver needs to do something to fix this. Such nonsense.

Title is insanely misleading, nobody with an elementary school level proficiency in english would see the interview and deduce that jokic was saying that he "crossed the line", it was totally taken out of the context.

These refs have been on a power trip for the last 3 years and it's time for Adam Silver to step up and put a stop to it!!! Should be for double technicals to automatically result in a Fine and not ejection. No ejections for hurt feelings, only for very serious situations on the floor. Player going non stop crazy at the ref or a fight or cause harm to another player.

If you want to talk smack to the refs you need to be a real MVP like of an in season tournament, not for an entire season, you joker.
I'm advocating for the NBA to offer an uncensored channel via NBA League Pass Premium that allows fans to listen to the audio on the floor each game. Maybe Joker said something out of line but we'll never know for sure what.
Might help to justify (or rightly condemn) these refs' calls. We just get a pantomimed take of the situations. It doesn't help to not know what truly happened.
