This is what the current generations don’t understand…IT IS NOT OKAY TO LOSE! The most impressive part of The Last Dance was that it showed Michael’s unrelenting desire to win. Whether it was a scrimmage, or the finals, he wanted to win every game. In fact, he didn’t just want to win, he wanted to dominate. When I watch younger players seem content to lose, or justify a loss by saying it’s only the regular season, it infuriates me. If you are going to compete, you should want to destroy your opponents every time you play, regardless of the situation.
