I'm going to therapy because of a tough moment after a breakup and got pretty well. What my therapist said last session, a year later (and our last session because she needs to move out of the city, she's gonna be a Psychology Professor at her hometown): "You are feeling well now because you allowed yourself to look into yourself". And that's the thing. If Draymond Green stays almost delusional about himself, feeling always right, he's gonna repeat his mistakes and THAT is the end of his career.

Draymond Green is the GM of the Warriors. He runs that soft organization through sheer intimidation. If he doesn't get his way, beware. I've never seen such a recalcitrant mofo have so many ppl in his corner, who coincidentally, are the ones responsible for putting him in check. Instead of acting as disciplinarians, they are his enablers, and thus, he never changes. Even now, who's in charge of his discipline now, Andre Igudala, a former teammate? On top of that, everyone in the media loves Draymond. They are now working on the narrative to make him a sympathetic figure. So now, we're suppose to feel sorry for Draymond. How can any feel sorry for someone who isn't sorry what the crap he does to others, including his own teammates?
If and when he comes back, I hope there's a player out there that'll try to get under his skin, frustrate him, talk $#!+ to him, get physical with him, know he's on a short leash. I just want to see someone do to him what he does the others. Someone! Anyone! Who would that be?
