When Nesmith goes up for the block Giannis ends table topping him because of how his body is bent over while making the fake ,and to save himself from landing on his neck or back potentially resulting in serious injury, Nesmith wraps his arms around Giannis in attempt to save himself from getting thrown up off Giannis’ back and having a hard land on the ground. Instead he braces himself around giannis and holds on and even attempts to do it as gently as possible…. Nesmith did what he did because it was a natural reaction of being in a vulnerable spot where potential injury could occur so yes he latched on to giannis and giannis being as strong as he is and spinning around also made it look worse . Sure call a foul but this was in no way shape or form dirty
