Zion is gifted. He came in with a lot of hype and his playing time elevated his expectations. But he is not available most of the time.

Even a dietitian could have him on high protein low carb diet with a calorie reduction, at 4000+ calories per day based on his size and physical output.
For most of us, that is more than double our calorie requirements to maintain our current weight.
