Scoot’s defense was great on Chris Paul.

With what our defence has looked like I think we might give up 200 to the suns

Scoot needs more minutes. Time to make a trade.

Interesting stat: going back to the 2020-2021 Pistons, Grant’s teams have always been better on the defensive glass when he is on the floor, including this year.

Obviously this stat lacks any sort of context for his teammates/bench lineups and things like that, but I thought it was interesting because watching the games, he never seems to ever grab any rebounds himself, nor does he seem to be especially active boxing guys out (but then again you rarely ever see him visibly get beat to loose balls. If Josh Hart had a magical ability to be near every loose ball, Grant has a magical ability to be away from every loose ball).

Anyone have any ideas why this is the case? Definitely seems like a stat that needs some context, because it just seems so bizarre.

I’m going to be a Bucks fan for the rest of the season to cope with the depressing performance of the Balzers. There has been too many back-to-back disappointing seasons

I like that we’re all so used to the refs fucking us over no one’s even talking about the blatantly wrong out of bounds call they refused to review

I feel like our teams gonna look completely different post trade-deadline

I love my Blazers. Have since ‘82. I bleed black n red. That being said, in the W/L column, judging purely on that stat alone, is this the worst Blazers team ever at this point in the season? It feels like it but I hope not. If anyone know for sure…educate me. Otherwise sounds like a fun little task to poke around with after work. Love this team but man.
Edit: All great replies, and perhaps I failed to mention that while this team may technically be the worst or close, as one poster said, I haven’t had this much hope since ’07 Oden. This team will be deadly, just not this year.

Highkin: “Chauncey Billups says it was an in-the-moment decision to go no-timeout on the last play. He had a play drawn up and was prepared to call timeout but when they got out on the break quickly, he decided to let them try to get something.”

Fire this guy already. A 1 vs 3 situation is “trying to get something”. He is a terrible coach and will be detrimental to this teams future and potential the longer he’s here.

If we’re going to be a defensive minded team, we need larger sized lineups to consistently deliver on that strength. Any trades should return a player taller than the one going out.
