Oklahoma City Thunder Trade For Lauri Markkanen?

The Oklahoma City Thunder are a young, fun exciting team that is currently the number 2 seed in the Western Conference. The Utah Jazz are supposedly looking to Trade Lauri Markkanen for the right price. The Thunder and Markkanen would be a perfect fit.

  1. 🤦🏾‍♂️I’m convinced this trade is going to happen and they are going to be unstoppable!!! I said to myself the other day that “the league is looking to turn SGA into the next face of the NBA” you can’t breathe on the guy without getting a foul called on you…

  2. OKC once drafted 3 consecutive MVPs and only went to 1 final. I will never fear this franchise. Laurri going to OKC is like Mitchell going to Cle, an exciting headline but the team is still mediocre.

  3. It ain't going to happen the thunder is going to do what they've been doing and build from the draft they're not going to give up three or four players
and three or four draft picks for one player now presti might go after a free agent but as far as these trades you people keep talking about isn't going to Happen unless he finds sucker like he found with the clippers he played them like a fiddle

  4. Sam Presti gets all the Heat for that Harden trade, but it was the owners that didn’t want to pay the extra 4 million. Presti was left with 1 choice.

  5. OKC won't make a big trade, they want the team to grow organically. They will likely make a smaller trade. A potential OKC trade could be for Kelly Olynyk. Probably unlikely that we get Lauri. We already have 3 stars in Chet, SGA & J-Dub. Kelly is cheaper, has size, good rebounder, efficient shooter. Just my opinion

  6. Ain't going to happen. Danny A. want's a "Superstar" in return for LM. Good luck with that.

Sam the Man Presti ain't biting on that deal. OKC has too much home grown talent and draft "presence" to be bothered with that idea.

Who's a "buyer" for LM at the trade deadline and what is the price tag?

  7. Forget about it MK "ain't" the answer. SGA, Chet and J-Dub are the answer. They are in "second place" in the West without him.

What would OKC have to give up to get him?

Remember when the Clippers traded SGA, Danilo G, 5 first round picks to OKC for Paul George?

That was a pick pocket move by Sam Presti.
