Cleveland Cavaliers star guard Darius Garland has sustained a fractured jaw and is expected to miss several weeks, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium . Garland suffered an injury to the head area in a collision with Kristaps Porzingis on Thursday night in Boston.
