[King] Kristaps Porzingis will not play tonight against the Warriors, per the Celtics. They’ll be short in the frontcourt (literally) with Luke Kornet also out. This likely means Porzingis will play tomorrow on the second leg of the back to back when Al Horford will presumably sit.

  1. Bummer but long term health is paramount. Be as conservative as you need to be.

Fortunately the Warriors aren’t a “big” team so I think that KP isn’t critical to have against them.

Hopefully after the All Star break or something his calf gets fully rested and isn’t a lingering issue for him anymore. But right now we should absolutely take all the caution possible.

Feel like I’d rather let Porzingis deal with the curry drop instead of making Horford get cooked. Flip the rest days.

    Oh well

  4. I’m all for Pingus and Al swapping days off on B2Bs. Being healthy for playoffs is paramount

Think this makes sense to me.

    Steph/Klay might abuse drop coverage.

Dubs are really only playing Looney as a big since the Draymond suspension, so this plan seems best to maximize the chances of winning the next two games. Thumbs up.
