Not much to say about that game other than I hope you spent your Saturday night doing something else. Trae has been balling but that’s about the only thing going right for us. Pistons next. If we lose that one I might check out.
Also, I truly believe the Ressler Family is the worst thing to happen to the Hawks since the Atlanta Spirit Group.

Very impressed with Bruno this game. Didn’t feel like we were missing easy boards with his presence, though of course we still missed harder ones (expectedly).
I still am having trouble with why we played Wes over Bruno at the end when he was the only getting any type of rebounds…
You see, Deandre’s stats aren’t poor this game, but there is a not so positive impact that reveals itself through actually watching. Sometimes he didn’t even try to contest. I feel bad because he also got kneed on his knee.
Really pathetic that Bruno, Patty, and Garrison are the only ones who look motivated right now.
It’s sucks because we can’t get any momentum because every game there’s a different 2 or 3 players out of the lineup. We are not good enough to always have 2 or 3 starters out every game and honestly it’s depressing with how well Trae is playing. We need players that don’t sit out because they are a little sore because we need some consistency
This team needs another legitimate wing player apart from JJ, a starting center?, and a 2guard where’d it all go wrong

Trae at least, is playing like himself again. I’m impressed though this is customary when he gets going. Saddiq struggled a lot. We probably could have tested Lundy when Saddiq was 1-5 FGM and 1-4 3PM. Let alone 1-9/1-7

It kinda sucks for AJ because this would have been a perfect opportunity for him to prove himself. I hope he’s doing okay.
We need to seriously consider sending AJ to the G League to gain some confidence and get in rhythm. Let him put up 20 shots/game and hopefully in a few weeks he will come back confident and ready to contribute…
While we can’t send OO to the G League, he would 100% benefit from going down for two weeks just so he could put up a bunch of shots within an offense…he would benefit from being a #1 option for a bit
AJ gets no run so he should absolutely be with the Skyhawks.
Why is Quinn always taking out players who are actually having a good game just to put in starters? In 15min played Bruno had 13 points & 8 rebounds. Second most was Bey with 6 rebounds but in *32* minutes.
Same thing happened multiple times with taking Bogi out when he’s on a shooting spree even if starters are struggling to shoot.
I remember when asked about changing starting lineups he said something like “it’s not only important who starts the game, it’s important who closes them too” only to start and close games with same players & not hot hands.
I guess having your bench outplay your starters isn’t a good look or something lol & today benches bench center did exactly that so he was rewarded with sitting down and watching inability to rebound kill any chance left.
RE Bogi: wasn’t he asking to be subbed out yesterday & slightly limped while walking of the court? No one said anything so I hoped I saw something that wasn’t there.

We’ve had so many games like this before Clint got here. I don’t think most realize how much of a impact he has in the paint since hes gotten here. We can take him and Trae for granted at times

December has got to be the worse as far as injuries go for the Hawks. It’s always December. This year this, last year: several starters were in and out of the lineup sometimes having 3/5 or 4/5 starters sitting, two years ago: had the biggest roster in the league due to health and safety protocols- lost like 10ish games to covid
Didn’t get to watch, was Bogi just resting? Or was he hurt? Saw Bogi back. Clint was also out, so hoping all is well and no injuries?
Bruno 13/8 in 16 minutes and was impactful when on the floor. Then Quin proceeds to do what he does best – go away from whats working. Yes let’s finish small…. that’s exactly what got us in this hole in the first place. Good grief Quin. You have to be better than that.
I honestly don’t understand this game, we looked like a pygmy team compared to the Cavs, they beat us every rebound (OO caught 4 in 32 minutes), the minutes Bruno comes out we solve this and Quin is not able to leave him on the court.

We need dirty players. The players and culture on this team are too naive. Am I wrong? For example, we need types like PJ Tucker and Jae Crowder. The Hawks clash and fight stubbornly and do not have that kind of fighting spirit.
