If they're going to trade Tobias Harris they need to do it immediately. You don't want a player thinking he's going to be traded playing for you.

This is the year this trade happens. He’s on the last year of his contract, and the Sixers have players that can take his spot…Oubre, Batum, Cov, Morris. They need another ball handler and a real starting 2 guard.
