  1. Sorry Dave Wannstedt this coaching staff has to go, all of them, losing 3 games this season and 1 last season with double digit leads in the 4th quarter, you can say what you want but Eberflus does not how to close out games, he is not a good head coach, at all

  2. The Brown's defense was really good at all three levels. The Brown's OC had Flacco rolling out moving the pocket. The Bear's OC did not have Fields rolling out much at all. Justin Fields played as well as he could with an OC that needs to be at the junior college level. The Bears need to sign Justin Fields long term. Get rid of Getsy now.

  3. A lot of you all that left comments below forgot about Tonyan’s big drop also. Don’t just blame Mooney, give Tonyan some criticism too Coach

  4. Mo9ney fell off. Never eas good under pressure. That 1000 yd season was a fluke. Garbage time stats

  5. Hope Mooney see this comment all the goods to soon be great wide receivers has drop pass keep your head up stay focus and keep pushing strong if need to you and Justin Fields sit down come up with extra practice in catch drills let's go

  6. Bear Fans" That Guy Tonyan Was A Secret Weapon That BackFired "Cleveland Had No Clue He Was The Receiver ON The PLAY 😢😮😅

  7. Yes… Look at the Seahawks on the Monday night game…. Those guys ARE Professional receivers who make the plays when it matters. I'm So F-ing Sick of seeing the Bears come close only to BLOW Another Game… This is not a coaching issue. This is a TOTAL Lack of Ability… Mooney NEEDS To Be CUT!!! Find Someone who can PLAY!!!

  8. Flus still held the team to 20. Cant put up over 20 you dont deserve to win. Mooney can follow Getsy out the door at the end of the year

  9. And you guys don’t think it’s time for Marvin Harrison Jr. btw, Justin go for Moore in a last play!

  10. Mooney was not mentally in the game from the beginning. So he needs to shut his mouth because he has nothing to say.

  11. Mooney has neen sucking for quite some time now although he had a great tackle on JF1 on that 4th and 1 well he got the assist at least…what a joke

  12. One thing that has hurt the bears this season and especially in rain games is the running game. The running backs have been non existent.

  13. As bad as Mooney played on Sunday, his quote is SPOT ON.

This is how I know that Dave is a moron who isn't a good coach. The bears DID get conservative and starter playing to not lose in the 3rd quarter. It's blatantly obvious that's what happened. I've been watching this EXACT THING happen year in and year out for almost 20 years

  14. I thought this year was YEAR 2 of the rebuild? 7 wins was the target. will probably have 7 wins and gave up 3 wins…

  15. What a shitty coach. You can make a mistake and point out the mistakes of others. I know Dave’s tenure as coach was essentially a giant mistake.

  16. Coach, I respectfully, disagree! In regard to Mooney: The ball was wet, spinning, bouncing off of plastic, and possibly oily, and Mooney was not in an ideal receiving position. So, to say that Mooney was supposed to catch the ball is out of position. My next point: the Bears are short of personnel on defense, that is what the term depth means to me, we can substitute throughout the game, but, hopefully, that comes in 2024 draft. Another point, #29 had a chance to tackle the tight end on that play where the tight end caught the ball and continuing down the field. What happened to wrapping one's arms around the tight ends legs and attempting to bring him down? There were other Bear defenders within a few yards to rally support. Instead #29 attempts a shoulder tackle, how about that for execution? Everyone seems to throw JF under the bus and Coach Eberflus, too. Why not draft and continue to build, and light a fire under Getsy's ass, or send him packing and have Ryan Poles go find a proven offensive coordinator? I'm for another wide receiver, a left tackle, and two more studs on the defensive line. That will get you to the playoffs in three years. Do any of you remember how long it took the 2005 Bears to build and win a NFC Championship? As a matter of fact, how long did it take to build the 1985 Bears? I remember Walter Payton being here in 1977.

  17. How or why would u say Mooney shouldn't b talking all i heard Mooney say we,us,everybody he clearly included himself never blamed or complained so this coach did not did not listen to what Mooney said. .Instead Just went to running his. I am a buffalo bills fan live in buffalo I JUST DIDN'T LIKE HOW RUDE COACH INSULTED MOONEY

  18. Mooney needs to go, in a contract year he hasn't done squat in the last 2 season period and sorry, trying to deflect your mistakes on the coaching (which he does have an legit argument) is pathetic. Unless they stripped out him saying but at the end of the day if the ball is in my hands, I have to catch it, anything he states is garbage.

  19. What did Wandstadt ever win this guy is just an apologist how about talking about the play call on 4/1 from the 33 and not kicking a FG or not attempting one on the last play of the game. As an analyst stop being a homer and give us some honesty

  20. is it just me or does that painting look like a man with a tail taking a leak over his head? :/

  21. That block Mooney made? for Fields on the fourth down and one was pure trash, looked like Mooney wasn't even trying …in fact it could be argued he pushed the defender towards Fields helping him make that shoestring tackle!

  22. I respect the coach's opinion here and DJ Moore's opinion. A lot more than the Chicago media who really don't seem to know much about football.

  23. Fields focuses so much on his first read (DJ Moore) that guys like Mooney are getting rusty from rarely being involved.

  24. I'm not fully absolving Mooney on that hail mary, but that was a tough catch to make. He was knocked backward, and halfway down before the ball was coming his way. It would have been an amazing catch, but not impossible. I can't really blame him for not making the catch.
Big picture, I still see issues with offensive play calls. The defense did a great job but let a couple plays slip. But in my mind, it wasn't complimentary football. If the Offense did more, the defense would not have been in that situation.

I agree with Wannstedt, the players just need to make the plays. But the coaches need to put them in better positions to succeed. And that is just not happening as much as it should.
