I attended every one of Keegan’s home games at Carver Hawkeye Arena in Iowa City. Many times Keegan would appear to start slow but at the halftime break you would up at the stat-board and see that he already had 20 to 24 points. Then the coach gets conservative and pulls him to mitigate possible injuries. That was in his last collegiate year (sophomore).
