If the focus is developing a winning culture again, yes. If the focus is tanking another year, no. Unless they’ve got their heads stuck in the rear end, There is no way the front office is looking at this roster and thinking this is the way to develop a winning culture. It has been a 💩 show this year.

If Im the Spurs GM, Doug McDermott and Devonte Graham for Emmnuel Quickley and Evan Fournier (salary purposes and he’s French) seems like the most practical move for the Spurs at the deadline.
Benefits all parties involved, and the Spurs improve incrementally with Quickley being young but established, able to play PG or SG, in tandem with Branham.
There may be a small portion of fans that wants superstar trades, but many fans want a trade to enhance wemby’s development. Not to win now, not to rush things, nor to be competing for the playoffs. Without a veteran pg, these young players are developing slowing, but also developing some bad habits.. these bad habits include TOs, lack of effort and taking tough shots. The forced shots really bring my gears.. what you guys are missing is that these bad habits can also be hard to get rid of. Do the spurs need a trade, I say yes for the enhancement of development.
