  1. I wish the Knicks would get real analysis instead of "theyre not going anywhere until they make a trade!" Well neither are the Kings, Thunder, Mavs, Rockets, etc, etc, but people still talk about the on court product first.

  2. East = Fugazi
I think the East are full of title pretenders. I saw a record showing that Western teams against Eastern teams was far higher than vice-versa. The top East teams struggle against the top West teams.

I believe whoever wins the WCF will become the champion once again. Think about it. We watched the Heat, a 5th seed in 2020 and 8th seed in 2023, make the Finals twice in 4 years. A team always lacking talent and is only good with their culture. Where their center is only 6'9 and can't space the floor. What does that tell you about the East then? They're weak.

Milwaukee only won it in 2021 because of several injuries to several top teams. Same with Toronto in 2019 beating the Warriors who lost KD and Klay to injuries. When most of the top teams from both conferences are fully healthy, the West usually wins. This has been going on since Jordan's Bulls broke up after the 1998 season. The biggest indicator has been the last two Finals. The West has most of the best players in the world.

I was doing my All-Star voting today and I was looking at the East candidates. Man, it's weak. Beyond Giannis, Embiid, and Dame, they really have nobody over there. 😂 Harden is not even a top 10 player in the West and I would still take him over Tyrese Haliburton. I would take Paul George over Tyrese Maxey. The East is looking like the LEASTern Conference once again. These players wouldn't be noticed as much if they played in the West.

If the Warriors who are still a sub-500 team defeated the Celtics without Draymond, then my Clippers who defeated the Warriors twice within two weeks better beat the Celtics this Saturday which will be another dreaded early 12:30p game. The East got nothing. I'm high on the Sixers but they always find a way to lose to the Celtics and they can't seem to get passed the 2nd round like my Clippers did those first 50 years until 2021.

Whoever comes out of the West will win it all. Bucks, Celtics, Sixers, and Heat don't scare me one bit and two of them do have size which bodes problems to my team. Clippers will handle Knicks, Cavaliers, Magic, Pacers, Nets, or Hawks if they miraculously make the Finals in which they won't. They're all just a bunch of pretenders and also-rans. The team to beat remains the Nuggets. We need to take the crown from them. Nuggets aren't just going to give it up so easily as Rachel Nichols keeps saying.

I don't care if Stephen A. Smith is rooting for the Lakers to beat my Clippers because LA has a better vibe when Lakers wins it all. My Clippers have NEVER a won championship and this NY bozo wants to see the Lakers win another one? I don't even give a flying f**k if nobody shows up to our championship parade and we're the 2021 Chicago Sky where nobody attended. Easy parking for me and I'll still be celebrating with my family. I don't need to see looting and burning LAPD cars. I'll celebrate peacefully and not remake the 1992 LA Riots each time Lakers wins it all.

Break your cherry already, Clippers. We must try to win it all or the entire roster, coaching staff, and FO will break apart in the summer. This is it, Clippers. This is your Last Dance. You want to stay in LA and you want an extension? You must do whatever it takes to win a chip. And not fake ones that LeBron keeps piling up in order for him to be comparable to the real GOAT in Michael Jeffrey Jordan. Westbrook is doing all the sacrificing and being the best cheerleader for our team.

Why do Chiney and Malika keep picking my Clippers? Why can't Chiney pick her Rockets and Malika pick her Warriors? As long as Skip Bayless and Kendrick Perkins are picking the Lakers over the Clippers, the Clippers will be fine. Skip is 72. It seems his 2020 and 2021 Finals prediction will come true but by 2024. Only took 3-4 years for it to come true.

I have receipts saying Skip picked the Clippers over Sixers in 7 for the 2020 Finals. He repeated it again the following year. And go ask Shannon about that and he'll tell you. It's only when Skip stops picking the Clippers and Sixers that they can finally go further in the playoffs. Skip is a jinx just like he is to his Cowboys every year. Every year he gasses them up, and every year he gets heartbroken by them every January.

My Niners could eliminate the Cowboys for the next 30 straight years and Skip still won't take the hint and will pick his Cowboys every time while he reaches the age of 102. And I don't hate the Cowboys like other people do. Hallelujah! Nobody was picking my Clippers to win it all during preseason and now either us or the Sixers are going to win it all because we aren't carrying any media jinx.

The media jinxed that 2022 Nets team, the year Kyrie refused to get vaccinated. They jinxed my Clippers in 2020 and we gagged a 3-1 lead. The media knows jack squat on how to pick winners. The year Stephen A. Smith aced it was in the 2022 season. He was picking the Warriors in early November 2021 to win it all and they did. Then Draymond punched Poole and that was the end of their dynasty.

    1. Nuggets
    2. Clippers

That's it. Those teams will beat whoever comes out of that Fugazi LEASTern Conference where Tatum will go 7 for 20 every other playoff game and Giannis will miss a bunch of FTs because he only jumps towards the rim if he wants to score. Dame has shown to disappear in 4th quarters from time to time. Sixers have bad luck. Heat only have culture but lack the talent to win it all. Yet, the tiny Miami Overachievers have eliminated the Bucks and Celtics twice and the Sixers once during the past 4 years.

Nuggets remains the team to beat until proven otherwise. I know their record isn't as good as a few other teams but they'll figure it out after AS break. It's a long season full of ups and downs for every team. Champions usually have a switch they turn on by April. The 2001 Lakers was a perfect example at turning on a switch and didn't lose for two months until Iverson stepped over Lue. That team went 23-1 from April 3 to June 15, 2001.

Stephen A. Smith is rooting for the Lakers over Clippers right now, but once we get a 2024 Western Conference Finals between Nuggets vs. Clippers, he will be on his knees begging for the Clippers to win it. No way he wants to be in Denver in June. As you wish, Ese (essay). I personally want Celtics or Heat to win the East as it will be much easier for my Clippers to dispatch them in the Finals because they lack size.

Go, Clippers! Let's finally win this one so everyone can stop mocking us as a loser franchise. Winning one is all it took for the Cleveland Cavaliers to shed their loser label. Kansas City Chiefs won nothing until Mahomes came along. All it takes is one and you are world champions forever as Steve Young said.

  3. Bronnys game reminds me a lot of Donte Divincenzo. Just not as good a shooter or defender

  4. If Bronny isnt good enough will he still get drafted this year because of Lebron? Real question, im not hating.

  5. The Clippers are a wagon, the number 1 threat against Denver to come out of the west. Minnesota is a really good team as well and they match up nicely with the Nuggets. My top 3 to come out of the west rn!

  6. White, Markannen, Carter. What do they have all in common? They "blossomed" when they got away from Lavine. He's a ballhog who doesn't play defense. I can remember all the arguments I've had in chats about Lavine against his fanboys, who obviously don't know absolutely anything about basketball and should just shut up.

  7. Give the Clippers some credit for looking far better than anyone expected in a short period of time. Long season. Keeping Harden focused and Kwahi healthy will be a challenge. Balmer stimulating the LA economy regardless. Can't open that new arena next season with knowbodies.

  8. Is this guy a legitimate talent or just Lebron’s son? 5 or 6 points is his career high? I’ve seen no coverage of anyone else playing in college on this show, so I must imagine he’s a shoe in for first pick in the draft huh?

  9. Your employee sends a colleague to follow an average college player to middle of nowhere Alabama and you tell us to temper expectations for the player. How bout you just not cover him til he actually shows he can play?

  10. when lebron and AD dont miss games and play high minutes all they talk about is injury when kawhi and PG do it they commend them weird double standard I've noticed in the specific discussion (I'm a heat fan so I have no dog in this race)

  11. This podcast is trash.. sorry.. its extremely boring and mono toned..the joke aren't funny either..smh

  12. i want to see how many point Embiid will avg when the refs stop caliing fouls just because he throws himself to the floor

  13. Why is it so difficult for folks to talk about a good Knicks team? When they stink, it's easy to say so. "They work their system." as if no other NBA team has a system lol, it's a slight against how good he thinks the players are & if one says that Brunson has trouble scoring down the stretch of games, that is proof positive that the person doesn't watch them play.

  14. and last thing, the Knicks are not a championship contender, we know this. Talk about what they are and if you can't do so then give concrete examples/suggestions about how you think they get there. The fans would appreciate that convo much more.

  15. I’ve said this once and ill say it again keep the team together and wait for ZO when he comes back the bulls will be a force to be reckoned with i promise y’all keep zach, demar and everyone just wait for Zo

  16. There is only ONE PANEL…the two legends..the Goats of all Goats…the 2 TIMS..!!!!No Tims No Party, skip this one.

  17. I dont know the names of ANY prospect/Lottery picks besides Bronny who MAJORITY are saying is a 20s and/or 2nd round pick talent…Keep up the good work LESPN!!👍🏿

  18. 6:18 what is windy talking about? What about Harden’s game 4 or game 1 against Boston in the playoffs? Harden had 42, 9, 8 in game 4 😂. Windy’s acting like harden hasn’t had a decent game since Houston

  19. Cavs should make a move, ask Lakers for Mitchell Lebron swap or 3 team CLE NYK TOR essentially OG RJ Mitchell swaps or get a dual Cam package from Brooklyn. We shouldn’t rush, also go get Kenny Lofton Jr as a backup big, maybe future starter to pair with Mobley, bring in Travers Bates & KPJ to be in the rotation next year, DG BATES LT LOFTON MOBLEY would be a sick lineup in the future
