He is playing bad, yet teams would love to have a proven scorer. You and other media members have an agenda. So Sixers get a good player and another team would take a bad player. In that case clearly he is not bad
His defense has improved to his credit, but, he is just an average defender. And after watching Batum and Morris you realize his decision making is sub-par. Court awareness is not good.

Botha Ovid I’m sorry that’s not what this team needs. Him and something else sure. We have thrree Noticabke flaws for anyone who watches this team there’s three areas yoy say hey we actully need a little more there and we’re going to compete these have to be addressed!!! 1st off Bogdanovic is scoring 21 points a game on 42% from three, Tobias 16-17 a game with a 35% from three that’s a noticabke upgrade.. If we traded Bogdanovic for Harris straight up I’m on board. But that still doesn’t address the fact we don’t have a reliable Backup Point Guard I love PatBev but he’s more of a Defensive presence & role man ‘SG we need a Mike Conley ty[e backup PG and Joel needs a defensive dog to help crash boards. It’s the same song and dance every year and these needs never get addressed

I'd argue this is the best time to trade tobias, not just his contract, but on paper, he isn't putting up bad numbers. He just doesn't fit with what we are trying to do.
