At the start of every season, I give the NBA a new chance. A chance to prove me wrong. A chance to prove that they do not move Heaven and fucking Earth to make sure that their precious Joel Embiid gets absolutely whatever he wants. I have been watching this crooked league with it’s biased officiating for my entire life. I have never seen anything like the preferential treatment given to Embiid over the past 3 seasons. His current game against my Timberwolves is a case in point. None of this is to deny his unbelievable talent. But EVERY TIME the T-wolves play Philly, they reach a point where they are forced by lopsided officiating to essentially stop defending him. He can throw a shoulder into guys half his size and play like a punk-ass bitch, yet any ticky-tacky foul against him is called with no hesitation. Fuck the “Embiid-A”. Why do I keep watching this?
