Jay made sense for once, and his takes are usually trash… but Stephen A's take on this was freaking ATROCIOUS.
Mad dawg is gonna single handily keep Larry Bird name Alive forever and ever. He gonna put Bird and Wilt in every NBA debate
This was a pathetic attempt from the media to try and create topics to stir up views, controversy, and bring attention back to a terrible Warriors team to boost their viewership. Garbage.
We all got an early Christmas present with this debate. This is the best gift ESPN can give to us
Steph curry should not be in the goat convo. Best shooter yes, but best player ever…no way
Mad dog is freaking hilarious 😂
Envy comment section… Stephen Curry is the greatest basketball player ever step a basketball court
GOAT CURRY ..YALL WATCH AAU, COLLEGE AN NBA GAMES….I SEE ALOT OF MIMICKING …CHASING 3s like never before…little kids at the YMCA literally chunking 3s trying to be
One STEPH WARDELL CURRY
This is SHAQ TELLING YALL …AN U STILL WANNA JUSTIIFY YOUR THOUGHTS…he seen mike , iverson, kobe UP CLOSE ….AN HE SAID
IVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE STEPH…
LET THAT SINK IN….SHAQ SAID THAT
GOAR CURRY FOR 5 RINGS PLEASE ..ALEX
Mad dog is RIGHT
Suspect as a defender? He averaged the most steals his unanimous mvp season
How can he be anywhere close when he plays no defense?
Tim Duncan over kobe, shaq, curry…just not flashy enough for ESPN. Winning pct, consistency do matter…
J Will's chemistry is off. Great guy, but not a good fit.
I've said it over and over. Mike, Lebron, Kareem are in the goat conversation. Kobe and Steph both deserve to be considered and in the conversation. No one is saying they are better or the greatest. But they have certain accolades and abilities that warrant them being considered. I don't know why this triggers people so hard.
Mad Dog created chaos
Doggie you are also wild my guy lol. There is no center other than Kareem that can be considered to be better than Shaq. You are too wild living in the past my guy lol.
LOVE MAD DOG😂😂😂
It amazes me who people who didnt have shaq career could think they know GOAT staus better than him 😂
Thats crazy ……he TOLD YALL AN STEPHEN AN MAD DOGGY OR JWILL
Steph deserves to be there period
Shaq has seen them all played against the best…..an yall just cant wrap your head around the " Babyface Assassin"
Is that DUDE
Dog wild but truthfully i think only person who really remotely held their own against Shaq is Yao & shaq even said before he couldn't stop him & vis versa
SAS literally said what Jay said …
See that's why I don't watch ESPN because of them idiots on ESPN like MadDog who doesn't know about basketball. That's a insult to Shaq saying he's #5 of the greatest centers.
I think it's enough to label him the greatest shooter of all time. Considering that the primary goal of basketball is to put the ball in the basket, that is a tremendous accolade. Greatest shooter of all time is probably the next most prestigious achievement behind the GOAT achievement. To me, that might be more important than Top 10 of all time.
Shaq is the best center of all time. Fight me about it. Don't care. People say Kareem played at a high level longer, but in actuality, both players started to see a rapid decline after year 15 or 16. Shaq played his career north of 325lbs, there was no chance he was ever going to play at the highest level for 20 years. That is a limitation out of his control. He's a big fella. Even if he were in peak shape late in his career, arthritis would have slowed him down significantly towards the end. For the first 15 years of his career, I believe he made enough of an impact to earn the no. 1 spot among centers. There's never been a more unstoppable center. With all due respect to Wilt the Stilt, the league WAS a lot different back then. I don't think he grabs 25rpg and scores 50ppg in the 90's and 2000's. Especially facing guys like Shaq, Hakeem, David Robinson, Patrick Ewing, Mutombo, Sabonis, and Mourning.
Mad dogs argument on who shaq beat during finals csn apply to curry who got 3 rings away from lebron but we'll never hear about it
Yeah Shaq it’s not the NBA best center all time
Olajuwon to me was the best all around big man but head up against Shaq, Olajuwon had 1600 more blocks than him ( which Olajuwon had the most ever) he had 1500 more steals than Shaq more assists more rebounds plus he was a career 72 percent free throw shooter, Shaq averaged 1 more point than Olajuwon for there career, plus Olajuwon had 8 wins to Shaq 5 in the playoffs plus Hakeem SWEPT Shaq in the finals
Bron
MJ
Kobe
Kareem
Shaq
Duncan
Magic
Bird
Russell
Wilt
Dirk
Hakeem
And thennnnn there's Steph
it depends on which breed of 🐐 you wanna replace from your top 10 😂…
Shaq is better than everyone except Kareem to me
People in the GOAT conversation has to play defense and we're talking elite top defense at their position. That's why MJ is on top for majority of people because he won Defensive player of the year and made all NBA first defensive 9 times in his career and not even mentioning his other GOAT stats.
