You sound like such a hater bro. Joel Embid is DOMINATE. He just needed the right coach to fully unlock him and you all can’t deal with it. Embid is the best player in the NBA right now and will be for a long time.
I have to completely disagree. Drawing contact to get to the line by being off balance is a bad basketball move as well. Would you take that out. Because Moses Malone made a career out of that. He was Embiid before Embiid. He did it by leaning. You are very young, please look at basketball in the 70s with Bill Walton, 80s with Malone, 90s with Hakeem. I didn't hear this with the ridiculous throwing the leg out with Harden for 7 years.
The foul baiting isn’t the reason why he hasn’t had postseason success it’s been injuries and horrible coaching. What is Embiid supposed to do when Siakam is running at him swinging his elbows on a eurostep.
The man was pretty much handicapped by that point because he already had a banged up thumb on his shooting hand. Then the next year it really came down to schemes from Doc Rivers. His idea of Joel and Harden dominating the ball and barely getting Tyrese involved really stagnated the offense. Doc was not a big ball movement coach and simply relied on their greatness to get them past Boston’s defense. Also Embiid was playing on one good leg the whole series but still gave everything he had. By Game 7 because of Doc’s formulaic, basic offense the Celtics had them figured out and blew them out the water.
Your whole argument is wrong cause embiid has a higher free throw rate in the postseason

Tyrese started this season with his running pull up 3s, and taking it as his regular offense. Glad that his effort paid off, he and Joel's PnR will be killing in playoffs.
The move that you’re complaining about and saying isn’t a basketball play is literally just him being smart and using what the defender gives him to get himself high percentage shots(free throws).
Giannis takes more free throws than Embiid…. but Giannis is 64% and Embiid is 88%..no one talks about Giannis free throws because he bricks them
