There is no such thing as a hangover from the in season championship. When you win the "Real" championship, your the last team to go on vacation, and most of the time player celebrate during the offseason of winning, so it cause a hangover. The in-season championship had none of that, they won it, and played their next game within a few days just like everyone else who didn't win it, there no such thing as a hangover for that. The Lakers will not make it to the Western conference finals in the "Real" playoffs, you can bet that in Vegas and you will win, their not a going to beat any of the top 4 teams in the West.

Who in their right mind thinks that there's an "adjustment period" now that the IST is over? Cash and prizes aside, it was just another stretch of regular-season games, two of which they might have played real hard for.
