Cade Holding Back TEARS…THIS Is The SADDEST Story In The NBA

Support by buying my NBA T-Shirts: https://heatcheck.info/

Your franchise player literally holding back tears on the court while the home crowd is booing and chanting “sell the team” might just be the saddest thing for a sports fan.
And we were all rooting for them. This was their chance.
The Jazz, who btw are near the bottom of the league as it is, had 8 injured players which included their 3 best guys in Markannen, Clarkson, and THT.
This was the perfect opportunity, and if you see the schedule for Detroit, you ask yourself, are they going to ever win a game?
Look, I feel like the only opportunity for them is to get this one at home against Brooklyn which is a tough task in itself because they are pretty much a 500 team at the moment.
Despite having their struggles, Toronto is a much better team than Detroit so this is going to be tough as well.
Houston is above 500 in the west, beating Denver three times this season.
And if they couldn’t beat this Utah roster at home, they sure won’t beat them on the road with the top guys playing. Things are looking frightening for the Pistons.
With 25 losses in a row, they’ve come just one step away from one of the most infamous achievements that you can have as a team. Let me explain.
The season when Lebron first left the Cavs, this lineup of Boobie Gibson, Antawn Jamison, Ramon Sessions, Anthony Parker and JJ Hickson set the record for most losses in a row with 26.
Yeah, Detroit is on the verge of dethroning the 2010-2011 Cavs.
Cleveland were so bad that they snapped a 10 game losing streak in overtime right before starting fresh with 26 straight losses. So they could have been undisputed in this category.
Still, despite that epic 1-36 stretch, the Cavs finished the season with 19 wins, far from the worst of all time.
Pistons are actually in contention for that as well since at the moment they are on pace to win just 6 games.
This roster will be mentioned along with the legendary 2012 Bobcats led by Kemba Walker, that won just 7 games in the lockout season.
And of course this Sixers team that trusted the process and ended the year with a 10-72 record.
Now, at least Philadelphia was awarded with the number 1 pick automatically.
For Detroit, things could get even worse because the new lottery rules give equal odds to each of the bottom 3 teams.
So just imagine becoming the worst team in NBA history and not even get the number 1 pick. The ridicule will escalate to a whole new level.
Similar thing happened to Charlotte as well, who ended with the second pick that year, missing out on Anthony Davis and drafting Michael Kidd Gilchrist. The guy who will be remembered mostly for his god awful looking jumper.
Let me show you how bad things really are for the Pistons.
At the beginning of the season, Wingstop, who are one of their sponsors, had a promo of free wings when Detroit wins.
And they had their logo underneath the result on the Pistons official twitter posts.
Not only have they not been able to run the promo in like 2 months, but they kept moving the logo further away from the result with every single loss in this streak.
The company that literally paid money to be on this poster, is now trying to get away. This is insane.
The back to back against Brooklyn will be a playoff atmosphere and a must watch. The Pistons wouldn’t want to set an infamous record, and the Nets wouldn’t want to be the ones breaking a historically bad streak. A lot is on the line, and the level of competition will be crazy. So tune in for that.
If you want a more positive story tho, the Bulls led by Coby White have been on fire lately.
He is hooping out of his mind and you gotta check out this video right here. Talk to you in the next one. Peace out.

  1. I mean it's honestly pretty surprising that Detroit even has pro sports at this point. Seems inevitable that their sports teams will be sent off to other cities in the not too distant future.

  2. Mark Jackson would have been a better hire . Monty is for coaching vets and proven players . Why did they think he could go from all stars to really young players who need to find their confidence

  3. Why did they even trade Saddiq Bey away for Wiseman??? The roster construction makes no sense, the development makes no sense (Ivey coming off the bench after a good rookie season?). Feel bad for Piston fans that have such an awful product.

  4. 2-26!?!?! only 2 years ago, i was watching every piston game. they had a good starting 5, with Jerami Grant, Saddiq Bei, Isaiah Stewart… Hamidou Diallo was coming off the bench and was a dunking madman. They were a blast to watch and their bench was competitive. Then, one day I turn them on, and the GM had traded 3 main rotation players for, I think, it was Bagley. Um. Ok. But Bagley wasn't much compensation for a bunch of fan favorites. Then, they traded away Jerami Grant, their leading scorer, for. . . I have no idea. I turned on the game, and in less than a year, nearly the entire roster had turned over, TWICE. That, my friends, is how you lose. No continuity. Fire the coach and the GM, freeze the roster, and call it "a new era".

  5. The NBA is to blame these guys are doing a job to be something playing this sport Cade is a solid player with Experience building throughout playing ball other than that the rest (Coaching and Management) is out of their control even Coach get screwed over but they know what they sign up for it's always about making history even if it looks bad 😂😂 that's pathetic it's like they are choosing who to win and lose The NBA is fixed

  6. Man the wing-stop thing got me laughing, but Cade deserves better, . . . you can see the disappointment on his eyes during that game, hopefully its not too late for the pistons, or they might lose him.

  7. no matter how bad the pistons perform and whos to blame….
if ur buying tickets to watch, why the hell are you booing and screaming sell the team?
ur just a shitty human being at that point!

  8. Yeah….that baby is crying….for 11 million dollars a year! He can afford not to cry….and he should be laughing that win or lose and whatever the crowd is chanting he always gets paid. Who is raising these p*ssies??

  9. I don't watch Detroit play but can someone explain why they're so bad? Cade is averaging 22 a night, I know the shooting is not great but he's a legitimate talent nonetheless.

  10. Even the nba2k23 pistons are way stronger than their real life counter part, this is the only team I have a hard time playing against on allstar setting lol

  11. The Pistons are not a professional basketball team there are college teams that could beat them. Even a high school team could compete with them

  12. This season, we're Pistons fans. I'm feeling the pain after that last loss. Completely winnable game. They need shooters badly. Anyone really

  13. After what I saw, I believe this could be the turning point for Cade where he can take the leap. That pain in his face, don't be surprised if he drops a fifty-ball soon! But this is sad.

  14. Always desperate for a something to sensationalize. They suck but it's not the saddest story. To be real. Most of the NBA SUCKS. It's just who sucks the most. There's no winners in the NBA. You know why, nobody trains or goes hard at practice. There isn't a single hardcore training regimen in the NBA and they call themselves elite athletes. I bet the Pistons haven't even started putting an effort at practice and they lost 25 straight. Lol. SUCKERS.

  15. It's weird because now I'm rooting for them to make the most losses just for entertainment… This is humanity

  16. Aint this a plan? Like tanking is a thing. This is all planned right? Getting lottery pick is better than a number 11th team that still ddnt qualify for the playoffs
