   She takes a gather step where she picks up her dribble, then only two steps back.

   A travel would be if she took a third step following the gather step

   Less dribble violations = More Highlights

   More Highlights = More Money

   This wasn’t necessary a travel, but that’s why the NBA has loosened up on dribble violations
