This is the benefit of doubt a fan favourite gets. But in reality, its an easy out. He has played poorly this last stretch, but for the whole season he has been inconsistent offensively and he has not played to the defensive level he is capable of.
We need to be VERY open about moving him this deadline. He is going to command $40m plus this off season. For a guy that cannot dribble, this does not make sense on a team that has a play-in ceiling.

I’m not worried about his offensive slump. But, him taking a step back on defence is definitely concerning.
