If i was the Lakers id make some big changes
here are the fixes, start Rui and I would honestly start Vincent, their starting lineup should be Bron, AD, Rui, Prince, Vincent, they need to play Wood more minutes and they need to let DLO, Vando, and Reaves, and Wood man that second unit then in crunch time you have Reaves instead of Vincent and you should be fine. In an ideal world you need another shooter and another pass first point guard,probably need to trade Russell at some point and having another big alongside AD won't hurt either

DiLo is inconsistent and freezes when he is playing a high powered game like the finals. AD plays amazing one game and sits out for 2-3 games because of injury, or he is playing afraid he would get injured. Then the coach is still experimenting with the starters, the same as the previous coaches. Therein lies the Lakers dilemma. Get a high constant scorer, get back Caruso and give a warning to the coach to get the ball rolling or he will roll.
