Welcome to another night in the NBA. This is your daily 10-minute recap of the last night of NBA Hoops. The main topic of the night: The Utah Jazz can win with anyone. Despite missing four starters in Lauri Markkanen, Jordan Clarkson, John Collins, and Keyonte George the Jazz entered the fourth quarter of tonight’s win against the Blazers up by thirty points. The lone remaining starter, Walker Kessler, was great. He finished with 10 points, 10 rebounds, and a crazy 7 blocks in the win. They also got 20-plus from Simone Fontecchio, Collin Sexton, and Talen Horton-Tucker. They also held Trail Blazers star guard Anfernee Simons to just nine points. The group of random role players always seems to show up for Will Hardy, and makes winning with only one of your starters seem like an easy task. Which is most definitely is not, it shouldn’t even be possible.
Think about subbing, I’m on the road to 12k!!!

They're basically Miami of the West at this point 😂
THT is maddening. Clarkson being out is making a difference. The team Is playing together.
Tht is a pg that allows you to actually play a switch defense. Hes an elite post defender for a 6'4 pg
I think half of the horrible defenders sitting out is helping the team as much as lauri sitting out is hurting it. Now imagine if you add lauri but keep the horrid defenders out…. Now you're suddenly competitive. I like KG, but hes not worth crushing the morale and culture of the team to cater to
Jazz playing gimmicky zone defenses right now and catching teams off guard. The bench players have been better than the starters all season. Trades are immanent.
The Jazz winning the last two games makes complete sense. Lauri Markkanen's last 200 minutes have been without a single assist. John Collins doesn't pass the ball, Jordan Clarkson doesn't pass the ball either. The JCs simply put are system breakers. Pull them out and a bunch of role players that aren't scouted and are going to operate within the system, and suddenly you get a sneaky team that can win a few games. It probably won't last, but one of the hardest things to watch this season hasn't been the losing as much as the lack of ball movement.
The Jazz would be an ideal destination for a certain Mac McClung.
