  1. The issue is that Zach needs to play with an excellent point guard. This is even more true when you try to play Zach with DeMar. Both Zach and DeMar hold the ball too much and settle for bad shots when they don't have a really good point guard. Lonzo Ball really helped the Bulls be great, because he unlocked the potential of Zach and DeMar. Unfortunately, Lonzo got hurt and the Bulls have been below average since then, withstanding the last 12 games without Zach. Zach isn't a play maker; rather, he is a scorer, like DeMar. Two scorers without a point guard is a recipe for bad basketball. I'm not sure if Coby is a point guard or a play maker, but his job as point guard is a lot easy without Zach. I'd love to see the Bulls get a really good point guard in the mold of Lonzo.

  2. Can they send him to the buyout market (genuine question, I have no idea how it works)? Kind of an unusual circumstance to want to cut your max guy.

  3. It feels like this team went thru a psychological change after zach got hurt. Like P Williams def had anxiety when Zach was there, now it seems like theyre way more comfortable taking responsibility on court

  4. Zach is going to be Zach if he’s here or not. It’s not like he’s going to forget how to act lay basketball. I don’t understand the hate for Zach but I’ll bet he gets a chip before the Bulls will. All of the contenders are inquiring for a reason. The casuals can have at it

  5. Clearly they won't rebuild now (mistske) so our best spot to move zach is to Detroit. Yeah they lost 25 in a row but they have been rumored to be interested.

If you can get cunningham(ideally)/ivey and Duran foe him you do it and smile.

Not that cade is a shooter or ivey is meeting his draft hype, they aren't doing either.

Just Cades APG fit the new ball movement being bought into without Zach. Duran gonna get you 10 boards a game and provide some post defense.

    Cade
    White
    Dero
    Pwill
    Duran

    Caruso
    Ayo
    Vuc if not traded
    Drummond

    All off bench

Could also do dero for herro (mia) too

    White
    Herro
    Cade
    Will
    Vuc

    Go 4 around 1

    Bring Duran off bench

  6. There are several ways to analyze the situation. However, nothing speaks louder than the team playing much better and going 8-3 since Zach has been sidelined. They look like a totally different team with the maturation of Coby and Patrick. Just look at how they're playing together. Zach returning doesn't have to be a disaster, but he needs to go with the team flow without him being the focus. We're going to learn a lot about Coach Donovan and Zach when he returns.

  7. I think Bulls should be patient. Harden was labeled much more toxic player than Lavine and look where he is at now. Philly and Clippers seem great with the trade. The opportunity will come sooner or later, some teams will get desperate near the deadline. Just don t panic Bulls.

  8. If Zach falls right into the new run offense, then keep it moving. The Bulls are not obligated to trade Zach, just because some fans don't like Zach.

    🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

  9. You can’t be a Bulls fan when you are saying trade Zach for nothing… How is that helping the TEAM??! The front office clearly it’d trying to get back mediocre players in return. They made themselves clear… Win NOW players or nothing at all. Garland isn’t a nobody. I wouldn’t be shocked if Zach isn’t moved until the offseason.

  10. Ideally, Zach returns and fits right in, or at the very least makes a clear and visible effort (even if that leads to a couple of Ls because the team needs to adjust to Zach in the lineup again). However, I don't see that happening at all and I think both Zach and the Bulls are better off if he is moved to another team.

  11. The fans are mostly done with him, but more importantly his teammates are done with him and have found an identity and a synergy without him. Also, the absence of Lavine has coincided directly with the ascension of coby white, which is no accident. He can’t be allowed to wreck this team and I see donovan doing everything in his power to convince the management of the same.

  12. Rozen a good player but he a selfish player that barely plays defense and have turnovers that make no sense. An anyone can a should pass when there double team.

  13. Move on from Zack I’ve saying for a long time Zack doesn’t mentor the young guys he’s all about himself. Demar he has mentored Coby, Patrick and Ayo . Hell pat and Coby both came to west to work out with Demars dribbling coach dribble to much. I’m sorry Demar has excepted his role Zack was never the leader this team needed. Trade him for some role players if I got to just get rid of him

  14. Great video. I think you’re completely right about lowering the asking price for trading Zach. Hopefully AK and Eversley will get a deal done before the deadline.

  15. With the Lakers struggling lately it seems more likely they would want to pick up Zach. Also , if he stays, his leash will be short. I think BD will be quick to bench him if Zach doesn’t adopt to the new style of play. Evolve or die on the bench. What’s the worst that can happen? Nothing , we already know what kind of team we are without him on the floor.

  16. Welcome Zach back with open arms, and if he can't fit in with Billy's system, then bench him and wrap him up for a big trade-in off-season. I like this new Bulls attitude don't let a rotten apple ruin the bunch

  17. We've seen the Sixers are doing just fine without Harden despite not getting much in return, why can't we do the same with LaVine?

  18. Bcuz of Zach's contract, y'all expect a lot. Games where he takes 9-10 shots, but focuses more on sharing the ball, y'all want him to go for 40. And games where he shoots 22-23 shots, y'all want him dialing it back. Zach is in a lose-lose situation with this team and fanbase. It's best he moves on for his own sake bcuz he's gonna be a scapegoat now. Trading him for salary fillers and basically giving him away? You've never liked Zach anyway, even before his extension, so this makes sense coming from you lol!

  19. I think he stays. Honestly, I hope he stays. A bad foot to start the year turned into the fanbase calling him a bum and cancerous to the team. Demar I believe will be traded by the deadline because of his contract situation. Considering how they're playing, I would like to see how it looks when DeMar is swapped with Zach in this lineup.

  20. If they are win now mode stiil according to AKME fir return assets, they wont just salary dump and get nothing. Respectively, that would be an emotional move and you cant win that way. Its a reason why 97% of the world arent GM's

  21. Zachs a professional and as you said the whole team wasn't playing up to par, now add Zach in, giving Coby the trust, which he's proven worthy of, now he can run the team like Lonzo..Zach again hears the chatter about being a One way player so he will have no choice to buy in or his value will decrease but before the season we said we needed Coby and PWill to step up and maybe its a blessing those two found themselves but to give Zach awsy for nothing is INSANE!!! I think we as fans dont whats going on in the Bulls locker room. I see Zach on the bench cheering his team on, the isn't James Harden.
