Wes what did what were you displeased with and what were you pleased with tonight um I didn’t like the um you know separation we allowed early in that third quarter um I think it got him got him going a little bit um defensive rebounding wasn’t where it should have

Been um thankfully that wasn’t a huge issue as far as Second Chance points uh knowing that’s the strength of this group um but I did like you know I thought we started the game well our our Tempo was good um we were attacking the paint got to the line which was

Positive um you know I think as a game es and flows you have those stretches we don’t make shots and I think at times that you know deflates our defensive um disposition a bit but in general I thought there were some pretty good stretches did did Koz injure his knee

Tonight or was this an accumulation was he sore heading into it no he had like a uh a little bump tonight um I don’t know the exact play um and and it’s you know was pretty uncomfortable form to to continue Wes how do you feel like um

Jordan handled the moment he kind of continued his his strong scoring streak of late yeah I thought it was uh it was a really good good moment you know I thought that was really cool what they did and how they did it um you know very

Well done um and I think he enjoyed it you could tell it uh it meant a lot to him uh mean all all the stuff leading up to this I think he’s handled it you know gracefully and to his credit you know to come out and

Perform um you I think that that that tells me a lot about you know his mental fortitude is there something other you’ve mentioned just he’s kind of settling in and getting more comfortable is there something tactically that he’s particularly kind of I guess gotten used to or or adjusted in these past um

Handful of games yeah some of it is uh he’s got the ball in his hands a little bit more um which plays to his strength and that’s been by Design um you know with that comes you making the right play and and kind of reading the flow um

As a point guard and so I think he’s done he’s done it really well in spurts um and allows him to be aggressive at times attacked the uh the paint got to the line a little bit tonight um so I think a little bit of both tactically

And you know just more opportunity Steve C said the Highlight for him of the game was was you being appreciated on the on the big screen and and being recognized for everything you’ve done here did that mean a lot to you um yeah it was really special

Um thankful for dub Nation um not many people can say they got a ring here um it’s pretty cool pretty special um definitely something I’ll remember yeah um Jord saw you signing autographs after I think he made someone Cry by the way to see that reception from fans here what effect does that

Have for you this time of the Season you guys are kind of grinding it’s about to be Janu yeah um definitely it’s pretty special I mean um just that people just be so emotional about that um kind of shows my impact that I’ve had here which is uh

Really cool especially starting off my career early um at the highest level went a championship played with a lot of Hall of Famers um but I really embraced myself with dub nation and um sub submerged myself with them throughout my my tenure here and um it’s pretty

Special just to see that uh I got the love back for sure that was that was a lot of love that you got that was a standing o um how much more did it mean to you to see that level of aling from the whole Arena it’s just special I mean there’s

Not really too many words I can put other than that um it’s really all it is put a bow on top of it Jordan those those three boys who you during your warm up I happened to catch when we passed the ball to a few guys those three little boys were

From Israel yeah yeah I think they had Denny jerseys on yeah they had Denny jerseys on um anytime I get to interact with the fans um especially when they’re so close to the to the sideline and whether it’s me throwing them the ball or them giving me a pass or an assist or

Uh taking a picture um that’s stuff that they remember I know that’s something that I remember uh if I was a kid and had the opportunity to be so close so um just be genuine authentic and uh embrace the moment as best as possible coach said he seen some improvement from you

Over the last couple games what do you think has been different coach West um just’re trying to compete um build the foundation of the team be competitive um try to play the ball the right way um but over the course of the Season just try to get better each and

Every day I think that’s our motto um win or lose find a way to learn uh go back to the draum board just continue to compete and uh just keep building
