Shoot around was just to block the cuts and not let any easy baskets get in and I feel like we did a great job of that and uh being there for our brothers and and helping them on the backside and getting easy blocks and getting on the

Transition and that’s how we had a a great first half and obviously we didn’t do that in the third so DJ what are some things that you noticed about Nick kind of maybe off the court things that we don’t see about what’s really got into such a hard

To see him out there doing his thing um it’s a blessing I mean he’s I’ve been played with him since I think the first game of my fourth year in San Antonio so just to see him back out here it’s been a minute and just happy he’s back so

It’s great PJ outside of Nick Smith J you guys as a team didn’t shoot the ball too well from behind the arc but how do you guys go about balancing getting the volume up to keep the teams honest versus going to what works and trying to

Get to the rim how do you like balance that in your head uh take the open ones uh we can’t shy away from the the open ones um we just want to take good shots no matter where they are so they’re in the paint we going to take them and uh

We like kick kick out threes and obviously we just didn’t hit them today so sometimes it’s like that sometimes we hit pretty much everything so for us just try to be consistent and taking good shots straight third fourth quarter miles have a good D up right there but

Coach it’s still one game great performance but one game as a that yourself what can he do to make that one game into a continuous cycle uh his mentality just coming in and being aggressive um each and every game uh who no matter who we play uh it

Just had to had a confidence to do it I mean he can do it so for us like I said it’s just confidence and uh just going out there and improving it PJ you guys get the break and then it’s off to California for a six game

How do you guys circle the wagons with some downtime and go out west and and try to snap usest now with seven game uh have a good Christmas spend some time with our families and then get back to business obviously um we’ve been dealing with a lot um a lot been going on

Obviously this whole year so for us uh just try to stick to the to the plan um just stay with it next man up mentality and uh just try to come out and keep fighting
